I'm Vishal — a fitness coach who has been passionate about health and physical training for years. What started as a personal journey to get fit turned into a mission to help others achieve the same transformation.
After training myself, studying nutrition science, and getting certified as a fitness trainer, I realized most people fail not because they lack motivation — but because they lack the right guidance.
That's why I started FitWithVishal — to give every person access to expert coaching that's practical, personalized, and result-driven.
I don't believe in crash diets, extreme workouts, or one-size-fits-all programs. Every person's body is different, and so should be their fitness plan.
When you work with me, I take the time to understand your body type, lifestyle, food habits, daily schedule, and goals. Then I create a plan that works FOR you — not against you.
